Beyond entrepreneurship, Fathila is a committed education advocate and volunteer coordinator at Bandera Farmers Network International, where she spearheads educational programs for vulnerable children in Kamuli District. She mobilizes sponsors to provide school fees, scholastic materials, and clothing to over 200 primary and secondary students, ensuring they have access to quality education.

Her efforts in sustainability and fundraising led to the launch of the Goats for Education Project, a unique initiative designed to provide long-term funding for children's education through sustainable livestock farming.
