Empowering others is at the heart of what I do. I’ve facilitated a wide range of capacity-building sessions—from grassroots entrepreneurship workshops for rural women, to strategic planning bootcamps for organizational teams. My training sessions are interactive, solution-focused, and grounded in real-world application. At CWEN, I plan and allocate resources for trainings tailored to our beneficiaries’ needs, while also mentoring internal teams to enhance their leadership and project delivery capacities. I use adult learning principles, integrate digital tools where relevant, and adapt my methods to suit different learning environments. My goal is to leave people not just informed—but equipped, confident, and ready to act.
