I lead the design and execution of monitoring and evaluation systems that measure impact, guide learning, and inform strategy.
I believe data should drive decisions—and that’s why Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) is central to every project I oversee. I’ve developed and implemented MEL frameworks for multi-sectoral programs, with a focus on accountability, performance tracking, and real-time adaptation. At CWEN, I lead the analysis of program progress through robust M&E processes, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods. From baseline surveys to final evaluations, I ensure that every activity is measured against clear indicators and that results feed back into planning. My earlier research work with institutions like the Economic Policy Research Centre deepened my analytical rigor and equipped me to interpret complex datasets with a focus on policy relevance. Ultimately, I help organizations not only prove their impact—but improve it continuously.
