With hands-on experience leading complex projects across both grassroots and institutional levels, I specialize in end-to-end program management—from ideation to implementation. At the Community Women’s Enterprise Network, I’m responsible for shaping development programs that uplift women entrepreneurs, ensuring they are structured, impactful, and sustainable. My role involves defining program logic, setting SMART objectives, mapping out implementation strategies, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to execute activities. I also oversee program budgets, ensuring prudent financial management and timely reporting.
